North Carolina/Georgia Road Trip

We made it home from our road trip! We had a lovely visit with my good friend Liz, her husband, and their four handsome boys in North Carolina. It had been two years since we had last seen them and it was wonderful to get a chance to hang out for a short visit. They were nice enough to put us up for the night and we left late the next morning for Georgia.

Chuck arrived at our hotel late Friday night. We spent Saturday sightseeing around Tallulah Falls and had the most amazing weather! We were able to get in a round of miniature golf before Chuck had to leave Sunday afternoon. Such a short visit, but it was better than nothing and we're all anxious for Chuck's visit home over Labor Day.
